My name is Sky Qiu. I obtained a PhD in Biostatistics from UC Berkeley in 2025 under the supervision of Professor Mark van der Laan. My research focuses on developing estimators within the targeted maximum likelihood estimation framework, with applications to integrating randomized controlled trials and external real-world data, two-phase sampling designs, and survival analysis.
